FIRST HOME OWNER GRANT (FHOG) First Home Owner Grant

HOME BUYER CONCESSION SCHEME (HBCS) Home Buyer Concession

PENSIONER DUTY CONCESSION SCHEME (PDCS) Pensioner Duty Concession Scheme

DEFERRAL OF DUTY SCHEME Deferred Duty Scheme

AFFORDABLE HOUSE AND LAND PACKAGES INCLUDING “OWNPLACE” Affordable House and Land Packages

Are you looking to buy an Affordable House and Land Package?  In order to enable an exciting new range of affordable housing options, the ACT Government requires 20 per cent of new housing in new estates to be under $328,000.
