Continue reforms of the Supported Accommodation Assistance Program and expand outreach programs to assist in preventing evictions.

New three year funding contracts are now in place.

Phase ll of the Affordable Housing Action Plan was announced in August 2009, with a focus on affordable accommodation for the aged and homeless. The Road Map Discussion Paper released in November 2009 outlines the reforms to be undertaken over the next three years. Housing support services are currently going through a reform process.
